The central judicial system reform is an important component of China's political system reform and an important guarantee for the reform of the political system.To some extent,the success of the reform of judicial system is also related to the success or failure of the reform of political system.The judicial reform of procuratorial organs is the highlight of the reform of the judicial system.According to the constitution,the procuratorial organ is the main organ of legal supervision in our country,and performs the function of legal supervision according to law.The success or failure of the judicial reform of procuratorial organs directly affects the ultimate success or failure of China's political system reform.The reform of the judicial system is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for the development of the procuratorial organs.Evaluation of the success of a reform,the ability to retain talent,the integration of limited resources to play a higher efficiency than before the reform,which is a hard target.The talent is the most fundamental of the procuratorial organs,the human resources management in the reform of this with vigour and vitality is particularly important,the personnel management of the procuratorial organs use modern human resources management system to improve the original tradition,is to represent the general trend.This paper starts from the case of the practice of human resource management in People's Procuratorate of Y District in the C City,and studies the plight of human resource management in grassroots procuratorate.The article first combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,defines the core concept of this article,explains the basic principles of human resource management,the classification management theory,the expectation theory and so on.From the cadres' Promotion,training and career development management,performance evaluation,employee motivation and other four aspects of the People's Procuratorate of Y District in the plight.On the basis of this,the author has drawn out the reasons behind the hidden dilemma of human resource management in the People's Procuratorate of Y District,mainly including the unclear qualifications of the prosecutor and the middle leadership,the training from the actual and career development prospects are slim,performance appraisal mechanism From the actual and pay off,the compensation system is irrational and the reward and punishment determines the lack of credibility and so on.Finally,according to the practical enlightenment of the human resources management of the procuratorial organs at home and abroad,the paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures of further improving the human resources management system of the People's Procuratorate of Y District,that is,according to the occupational characteristics,the prosecutor and the middle leadership,the organic integration training and the career development management,The characteristics of the performance appraisal system,improve the procuratorate compensation mechanism and the spirit of the incentive mechanism.
