Theory Of Power And The Mechanism Of Supervision And Building A Clean Government

To strengthen and perfect the system of supervising and conditioning power is an all-round systematic project. It is a long-term and arduous task. Power is a special social strength, which is controllable, ruling and compulsory. The nature of power makes it exert great influence upon different walks of our social life. The use and restriction of power cannot be separated because only effective conditioning system can ensure the power's appliance. Without conditioning, power will be dangerous. If we want to restrain the strength, we need perfect law system.The thesis consists of four parts:In part 1, the existence and development of the system of supervising and conditioning power are mainly described, including the essential nature of power, the historical stages of supervising and conditioning power, and under the socialist system what the power supervision and conditioning system is.In part 2, it mainly described the severe situation of our country's anti-corruption struggle and the construction of anti-corruption system, and the relation between strengthening the power supervising and conditioning system and pushing on the anti-corruption construction.In part 3, the main content are, under the guidance of the important thought of Three Represents, the principle of establishing the perfect power supervision and conditioning systems and the aim of realizing the legalization of anti-corruption construction.The last part analyses the methods and sources to strengthen the system of supervising and conditioning power, including adhering to the principle of democratic centralism, strengthening the working system of anti-corruption, and to keep pace with the times, exploring new methods, new sources to the problem of power constriction unceasingly.
