Research In Law Construction Of Network Anti-corruption In The New Period

The network media has features such as fast, free and open, which give the users congenital advantages to carry out the supervision of the government agencies and staff with the network. The network has become a new platform and important position for combating corruption and upholding integrity. However, while the network plays a positive role and highlights its huge impact on anti-corruption, a lot of problems still exist. For example, emotional corruption, political violence, the impact of judicial justice and other phenomena have occurred. This is a great danger to the normal citizen’s political participation and power supervision. Therefore, the network should follow the rule of legalization to combat corruption. Legalization is a necessary way to realize the benign function of network anti-corruption and to avoid the potential risks.From the current situation of legalization of China’s anti-corruption network, the main problems existed are the proliferation of false information, the abuse of the network power, the lack of corresponding laws and regulations, etc. The reason is that there is not a complete set of legal system or reasonable and effective operation mechanism. Therefore, in order to achieve the legalization of network anti-corruption, the relevant laws and regulations of network anti-corruption must be established and improved. Through the corresponding construction of legalization, a set of larger operation and effective operation system could be formed under the basic premise of legal basis. The development of Network anti-corruption requires necessary legal support and system guarantee. Only in this way can it be able to play its normal function for a long time.This paper has done a systematic combing of a large number of relevant literature and information firstly. Then it analyzes the ways, functions, advantages and disadvantages of the network anti-corruption. Combined with the cases, the current situation of China’s network anti-corruption legalization has been summarized and summed up in this paper. On this basis, in view of the main problems encountered in the process of legalization of China’s network anti-corruption, drawing lessons from abroad practices and experiences of anti-corruption through network and other media, this paper attempts to establish the legalization concept of China’s network anti-corruption. It also promotes the path choices to promote the legalization construction of the network anti-corruption from three aspects of legislation, law enforcement and justice.
