" So, in order to develop the rural economy. We can only depend on the unceasing improvement of the peasants' quality, so that we can rise the agricultural labour productivity and the earth productivity, realize the continuous agricultural growing, and in the end, realize the great object of the whole construction of a moderate society.This essary takes "the Quality of Chinese peasants" as the object of study and conducts comprehensive exploration and research about the present condition of peasants' quality and the ways and measures of improving it from many aspects. The problem of peasants' quality has already become the item to which our party and the government pay high attention and the improvement of which has already influenced the whole developing strategy distribution of our national economy. The approaching of the knowledge economic tide is both an opportunity and a challenge for changing the economic physiognomy of Chinese rural and improving pearants' quality. Therefore, an objective exposition about Chinese peasants' quality has a profound meaning for not only the theory but the reality.The thesis is devided into four parts.
