Urbanization is a historical process in which a traditional agricultural society would transfer its social and economic structures into a contemporary technological one. It is the paradigm in which one measures the level of a country's development. However, the degree of China's urbanization is extremely low. The lagging has had extensive and profound negative effects on its development, so it is of consequence to expedite the progression of China's urbanization. It is the purpose of this study to analyze and examine the existing deficits of urbanization in China, study the corresponding ways to solve it, and search for the tendency of China's urbanization. Weighing the national condition and economic principles, this research will help to propose the course of China's urbanization. In light of the analysis gathered from the current circumstances, the goal of the research is to induce forward some remarkable proposals to create favorable economic conditions for China. By comparing different systems, the research will study how to remove the barriers of institution that limits the development of urbanization. Based on mathematical statistics, the research will draw a conclusion and make suggestions to improve the quality of urbanism for China's sustainable development. It is expected to promote China's efficient urbanization by clearing away any obstacles and impediments.
