The main content of this thesis is export adjustment and optimization of Jiangsu province. There are many international trade theories, the writer considers the Theory of Dynamic Comparative Benefit as the theory foundation of export adjustment and optimization of Jiangsu province. As export adjustment and optimization is one kind of strategic act, this thesis make a research on present international environment and domestic environment. Comparative superiority is the basis of export. This thesis uses trade competition index and index of export superiority changing in demonstration analysis on comparative superiority of Jiangsu's export. And get a conclusion that labor-compressed products also have large comparative superiority, capital-compressed and technology-compressed products' comparative superiority is rising, and resource-compressed products belong to comparative inferior position. We also find that fluctuate in export amount mainly comes from fluctuate in labor-compressed products such as clothing and textile. So enhancing the proportion of high-attached-value product is a main task. Constituting the target value of export product is one of the stresses of this thesis. There are three steps in doing this. Firstly, make a standard export structure according to the circumstances various different developing countries. Secondly, work out Jiangsu's export structure. Thirdly work out sequence degree by using model of sequence degree. To get to the target value, this thesis put forward some political measures, during which appraise actual effect of trade policies being executed. Following also put some other measures.
