In 21st century, human beings have entered the era of globalization characterized by the free flow of all kinds of production factors and recourses all over the world with an aim to realize their optimal allocation. Facing the impact and challenges brought about by globalization, different types of countries have taken measures from the actual conditions of their own countries from different perspectives in an effort to integrate into globalization in order to minimize the negative impact and challenges arising from globalization and maximize the interests brought.Russia is a typical representative of the economies, which is in the process of economic reform after the end of Cold War. It is of practical significance for China that is also in the process of economic reform to analyze Russia's integration into globalization. One of the important marks of the participation in globalization is to take part in world economic organizations. Russia has succeeded in entering into the World Bank and International Monetary Fund. Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization is an important step on the road of Russia's integration into global economy.In light of the complex situations that the great powers are involved in throughout the world, this thesis is based the latest development of Russia's entry into the WTO and absorbs the essence of other scholars. Through analyzing Russia's entry into WTO in a dynamic way in stead of the convention method of static studies, this thesis not only elaborates on the main problems confronting Russia's entry into the WTO from the global perspective, but also expounds on the respective situations of other member states of WTO, and touches upon the influence of the entry into the WTO on the economic construction and the countermeasures should be adopted by our government and business community.
