| Following the economics globalization and free-trade standardization, international capital becomes one of the main resources. After 20th century, age 90, the current of international capital appears the new trend of development direction: One is the international capital current unprecedented increase, the international direct investment scope rapidly growth. Second, the main current of international capital is taking join venture method as primary issue. Third, the content of international capital current is turning from the manufacturing industries to the service industries, information services, banks, insurances, estates, traveling and transaction service industries, as become international investment booming point.Twenty years from the end of China revolutions till present, to be the country where the international position continuously becomes higher. FDI becomes very attractive tool for developing countries in ranking the most attractive FDI country. After joined WTO, China follows the basic regulations of WTO and the FDI policies & laws adjustment and changing. The entering of FDI and its production administration will become advantages in operation over the regulations of market and international convention. The agreement of open market will broaden the market entry; broaden the FDI areas of the changing investment environment, caused the foreign investors stare at the China high potential market. In these two years, under the situation of global direct investment declining, China is not only attracting FDI, but also protecting their speedy growth with showing their strong competitiveness. And it also changed to FDI structures in many aspects to upgrade the usage level of foreign capitals. Such as, the emphasis of FDI changing from pure attract capital as main purpose to introducing advanced technologies, modernization of management, specialists; international organizations also increasing the investment in China, and speed up the steps of turning China industries; international joint venture, the stock right transfer new investment methodology slowly changed to be an important method for foreign trade investment; finance, information, circulation services trade area becomes China attractive foreign capital new growth subject; according to the different geographic development level, to demonstrate the inner property of comparison advantage over geographical economics, reasonable adjustment of FDI in eastern, central and western area; improve FDI environment from preferential policy to laws action, industry guidance, technology standard, to broaden the foreign trade investment scale and upgraded level to provide guarantee.Korea is one of China's neighbor country and also a trade companion. From August, 1992 the cooperative relationship of both countries, Korea investment in China has increased rapidly through the ten-year development, Korea becomes one of the important FDI resources in China. From 1993, the Korean total international investment projects are gathered in China as 50%, and China also counted as the number one of investment country for Korea. Till year 2002, the total investment in China of Korea had reached 15.199 billion US dollars, which took the whole foreign investment in China as 3.2%. China joined WTO, the economical environment is opened, and China becomes the best country for investment of Korea. The international capital current and the China-attracting-FDI issue will be confronted with a big turn. To be a Korean student who studies international trade in China and nearly to graduate, I hope to research and study the foreign investment in China. And to provide the personal opinions towards China attracts FDI issue and broaden Korea FDI in China subject.
