But the businesses on focus are often the big entrepreneurs or groups, and the research of medium and small businesses(MSB) is little.From the experience of forgein investment in developed countries, MSB's forgein investment contributes to the competence of one country as well as the liquidity of capital, thus promote the development of world economics. China's entry into WTO promotes the liquidity of capital, not only the input of capital but also the output of capital.lt has great point to the continuable development of Chinese economics, for medium and small businesses account for the about 90% of businesses in China. Medium and small businesses in China do the great help to development of economics and job opportunity.There are some classic theories of international investment for developed countries as well as for developing countries. Every theory has its advantage and disadvantage, we should choose proper theories according our own forgein investment of medium and small businesses' practices. Because the development of forgein investment of MSB in China is still'on the start point, there are some defect, from overseas, inlands,systems, to business itself .Under such backgroud, medium and small businesses should choose the proper strategy according to there own characteristics and strength, then they may get the success on internationalization and gain the new phase of overseas investment.During the overseas investment of medium and small businesses, Chinese government should do something to help the medium and small businesses. But at present, the management system about overseas investment of business, especially the MSB, is very miscellaneous. So, our government should do some reform to service and help the medium and small businesses better, especially in overseas investment.
