Since the 1990s of last century, we having stepped into new economic era in the whole world. New economy is obviously different from a kind of new-type economic shape of times of agricultural economy and industrial economy in the past. It characteristics with integrate the main characteristic globally and the kownledge economy, regards network technology as the important motive force, have changed the environment of global enterprise's survival and development rapidly.Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important strength that can't be ignored in the national economic life of our country. That have played great function in promoting the national economic growth, expanding the employment, increasing the fiscal revenues, keeping social stability etc.. But because of the inferior position in such aspects as fund , technology , human resources of small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises have met a lot of difficulties in developing. But compared with big enterprise, small and medium-sized enterprises have strong innovation urging and innovation ability, there is incomparable advantage of big enterprise on the innovative cost and innovative mechanism. Therefore how about through effective innovative behavior, strengthen the competitiveness of our country small and medium-sized enterprises, it is an important theme of development of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country to make the advantage position in the market.Organizational innovation is a importance component of innovative activity of small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises exist as a life entity, need to try to get survival and development during constant change and innovation . To small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, organizational innovation has already become the key factor of improving present benefit and Core competence. The realization of enterprise's strategic objective needs to offer powerful support through organizational innovation too.The two main researches about enterprise's organizational innovation are how to carry on two problems of organizational innovation and why enterprises carry on organizational innovation. The former is shown as the inherent logic course of organizational innovation, the latter is shown as the dynamic development course of organizational innovation. At present, to enterprise's organizational innovation, the theory circle has already had a large number of research results.But with evolve course that lack systemic research even at present dynamically to inherent logic, small and medium-sized enterprises of organizational innovation. In second part, I combine the practical problem of organizational innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country , has pointed out the main reason of organizational innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country and main content of organizational innovation. In the third part, I have described the goal frame of organizational innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country and mode selection.
