Women In Hong Kong In The 1950s To The 1980s, .20 Community Development

Hong Kong is an .attractive plural society .The different sorts of mass organizations in which woman corporations are included, are indispensable parts of the Hong Kong society. Especially the 40 years from the 50' of the 20th century to 80', it's such an important moment in the history of Hong Kong woman corporations. And at the same time , Hong Kong had become a famous international city.However, for some reasons, there are so many deficiencies in the research of the history of Hong Kong woman corporations from the 50'century to 80' of the 20th. The woman corporations had do much work at the collecting and arranging the history materials, but shorted at the theory research. And the study field had not pay much attention on it .so I want to study their advantages and avoid their shortage. At the basic of arranged the history materials of Hong Kong woman corporations from the 50'century to 80' of the 20th, I would find the relation between the Hong Kong woman corporations and the Hong Kong society.The paper will discuss the question in four parts:The first part introduces the aim , the value and study instance of the thesis .The second part introduces the history of the Hong Kong woman corporations. The woman corporations had still been in development in the 40 years , the numberhad obviously increased--from 3 in the 50' to more than 70 in the end of 80' , thesorts had also increased --from charities only to include charities, friendship tiescorporations , professional groups , woman labourer's groups and the rights and interests groups . This paper will classify them on the different function , carefully analyze the trait of the different woman corporations , and chose the representative one to describe in detail.The third part will discuss the reasons that had affected the development of the woman corporations in Hong Kong. The development of the woman corporations in the 40years is depend on the join force of "trend" and "human effort". In another word, it's the distinctive politics, economy, social situation and woman corporations's own choice had decided the developing road of woman corporations in Hong Kong.The last part will appraise the development of woman corporations in Hong Kong. In order to find some inspiration for today's society, this chapter will discuss the social integration function of Hong Kong's woman corporations and the interdynamic between the Hong Kong government and it depend on using some theories of sociology. In my opinion, the lots of mass organizations in which woman corporations are included, are important part in Hong. Kong social integration system. And woman corporations mainly do it depend on the integration of view of value ,the integration of benefit and the integration of public relation. And at the same time , I will discuss the perfectly relation between the government and the woman corporations on looking back the relation between the government and the woman corporation in Hong kong.
