China And The Rok Urban Employment Policy And Its Effectiveness

China is the largest developing country and she has the richest labors in the world. But with the biggest population, China also has to face high employment pressure. To ease the employment pressure in our county in a short time, it would be very meaningful to study how other market countries settle their unemployment problem.In this dissertation, I choose Korea as my studying subject. By using the way of literature reviewing and comparative studying, I generally investigate urban registered unemployment, main urban employment policies and their validity between reformed China and industrialized Korea.The leading achievements in this dissertation are as follows.Firstly, analyze the urban registered unemployment in full scale in reformed China and industrialized Korea.Secondly, indicate the similarities and differences in urban employment policies, as well as the reason why they come into being by working over the urban policies mapped out by the two countries.Thirdly, in the basis of comparing the validity of these two countries' urban employment policies, I analyze the reason why there is difference in the validity and discuss how to improve our policies' validity.In sum, this dissertation put forward many good suggestions about our country's urban employment policies, such as channeling off the job-seekers, accelerating employment in foreign countries, expanding the investment in the public good or welfare and enhancing the validity of employment policies. All these proposes are construed from these factors such as strategy, structured unemployment and meeting emergency in combined with the analyzing of current employment.
