Since the International Labor Organization(ILO) put forward the conception of "decent.work". The world have taken extensive research about what the decent work was. However, in China the people haven't had very clear conception about decent work. In fact decent work is important to every country. Decent work is benefit to keep the stability of economy and society, and benefit to keep global competition ability. So, I believe the choose of decent work as my paper's thesis is meaningful.The paper takes the construral arrangement of putting forward problem, analysing problem, and solving problem, and takes the method of combination of theory and practice to expatiate related standpoints.There are many creative results in the paper.
