Based on the problem of the logistics management in Qilu Petrochemical Corp., this thesis uses the theroy of Business Process Reorganization (BPR) and modern logistics management and the idea of operation research, offers the concept of operating the logisics management reorganization, makes a process design for the logistics management in Qilu Petrochemical Corp., studies how to choose the correct place to build the storerooms in different areas and how to operate them, forecasts the benefits of the logistics management reorganization systematically, and it is valuable to the state-owned petrochemical store and transportation enterprises which will put the BPR into practice. Several creative views in this thesis:First, from the standards of the modern logistics operation, considering the condition of logistics in Qilu Petrochemical Corp., the thesis studies the problem of BPR during the logistics reform in Qilu Petrochemical Corp., discusses the reform in logistics management, innovates the working process fundamentally, gives the products transportation during the working process aiier reorganization, from the angle of operation research, builds a mathematical model, creates a method to solve the problem of "operation of network for storerooms in different places."Second, from the practice of modern logistics management, on the basis of the principle that "reducing the ranks of management, improving the level of operation, making clear the connection of business, controlling the costs in details", the paper offers a scientific model which fits for the logistics BPR in Qilu Petrochemical Corp., shows the necessity and possibility of the logistics BPR by the benefit forecast.Third, according to discussing the logistics business reorganization in Qilu Petrochemical Corp., the paper shows great effect for the national logistics business, especially for the super large-scale state-owned petrochemical enterprises, realizes the change -- from the traditional store and transportation enterprises to modern logistics enterprises successfully, and fills the blank of no model for process reorganization of petrochemical logistics enterprises in our country.
