In the past it aimed at haw to adjust and control the social economy, and in order to push the economy forward. While the whole development and lasting development getting more attention, the aim of national interference has corrected to put more attention on the harmonious development of economy, society, resource, environment , and to improve the people' s quality and living condition and to realize the lasting development of society.
