Along with the accelerated step of Chinese insurance reform, the management style of the insurance markets has entered into the transformation time.The insurance service has gradually been divided, and has promoted the insurance agency's happening development and maturation. But at the same time, the problems of the insurance agencies' development ,such as the small development spaces ,disordered market ,weak reform-construction and weak quality of insurance agency , has began to appear. Since the national Post began to offer insurance agency service in the late 1999, the development speed is fast. It is a worthy topic for the Post to develop itself from an amateur agency to a professional agency in non- developed Inner Mongolia. This article does try to clear the development orientation of the Inner Mongolia Post Insurance Agency Company(IMPIAC), as one of the six Post professional insurance agencies in the whole nation, under the background of insurance and Post, according to the practical development of insurance and Post market. The thesis begins with the present condition and trend of insurance and insurance agency, concludes the development of China Post's service ,and analyzes the ability of core competition and the development environment of the IMPIAC in details . On the basis of the above , the development strategy of the company is concluded from four models by using SWOT theory and analyzing the inner and outer environments and other aspects of IMPIAC. At last , the antidotes and suggests of the strategy's implement and guarantee are given.
