Based on the analysis of the development status of Xuancheng Tobacco of Anhui Province and the main problem that Chinese Tobacco market faced after China entered into WTO, this paper researched that how can Xuancheng Tobacco change its develop strategies in the future and put forward some soundly suggestions.
