Based on the theory of enterprise competitiveness! the thesis first brings forward an integral analyzing frame of bank competitiveness and analyzes its forming mechanism and the way of breeding competitive edge. Then the thesis makes systematic and in-depth factor analysis of the present situation of state-owned commercial banks, and establishes the appraisal index system of bank competitiveness by AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and makes positive analysis of state-owned commercial banks. At the end, the thesis provides specific countermeasures based on the main model of competitiveness improvement.
