Tobacco Enterprise Information Technology Practice And Research

For tobacco producing and consuming, china is the biggest country in the world. The tobacco industry holds the high station in the nation economy. Recently, Chinese tobacco industry are confronting the real problem because of the WTO entering, the slow down of the home market development and the tobacco prohibition world wide. The tobacco enterprises are facing not only the numerous competitors in home but also the international giant. So, they have to establish a new method for management which will economically and efficiently make quick to transform the enterprise resource, covering the human, finance, material and information, into the target products and services needed by the market.By the anglicizing the characteristics of the production, management and marketing in tobacco field, this thesis find the common problem puzzling the tobacco industry to make the further understanding the peculiarity of the information program in tobacco industry. Having practiced in Hefei tobacco factory, the author discovers the management problem existed. Helped by the modern theory of management, the author evaluates the possible solvability. Based on the main working process, author makes the solving method and put it into the practice step by step during the information program. It shows the method of working process after the ERP established. To show the successfully method achieved and explore the further development, the author take Hefei tobacco factory as a model in ERP practice. It makes highly important reference for tobacco enterprises to develop and establish the information program in future.
