Human capital has increasingly become a kind of strategic resources for supporting and constructing the development of enterprises. Hence, investment to inform and strengthen human capital has been treated as a critical issue in the management of the enterprises, and aggrandizing input for the employee training is believed as a significant means for upgrading investment of the human capital.This thesis, characterized with adopting the methodology of quantitative analysis, takes a private-owned enterprise group named "ACJ Group" in Nanjing as a study object, analyzing some problems lying in its cost-yield management of investment for employee training through such perspectives as the relative quantity of the training input, the logical starting-point for determining training investment, the relationship between training investment and the enterprise's developmental strategies, the interaction and aligning between training investment and the staff's career progress, the investment extension's marking off, the enterprises' inductivity to and participation in its staff's personal investment, the mechanism of the training investment. The study is to explore how to optimize the operational countermeasures for the cost-yield management of the ACJ Group' training investment through probing from several perspectives as follows: empowering and strengthening the investment of employee training, rationally selecting and determining the investment cut-in of the training tasks, focusing on the progress of the staff's life, stressing on the spectrums of the training content, constructing and informing the mechanism of reasonably processing the employee training tasks, and etc.
