Human resource is regarded as the first resource to develop our economy and society because the value of other resource can't be realized without it. Accordingly, human capital is the most important factor among all production factors for its special characteristicsAs a kind of human capital investment in enterprise, training is the main method to calculate human capital, gain competitive advantage and consistenable development. So, enterprises should attach great importance on training to increase international competence. At the same time, it is of high risk because of its special characteristics. Therefore, enterprises should keep an eye on the risk of training when doing training investment. This paper is on the study of enterprise training investment on the view of risk through the method of risk management, and the major contents are as follows.1. Distinguishing of training investment risk.At the beginning, training investment risk is defined according to different standards, then the characteristics and main causes to risk are pointed out in this part.2. Evaluation of training investment risk.The first part is concerned with the evaluation of single risk, giving two methods such as probability and statistics method, analytical tabulation method. The second part is concerned with the comprehensive evaluation of relations between risks, their absolute magnitude and relative order of risks. Methods of point rating and fuzzy integrative evaluation methods are employed here.3. Control systems of training investment risk.Risk control should be a system engineering, which needs efforts of internal and external environment of an enterprise. In this part, specific counter-measures to control risk are suggested on the view of government aspect and enterprise aspect.
