Nowadays enterprise organizations are in an era of great change. In the face of the intricate, turbulence external environment, organizations that do not change will certainly move towards declining and withering. If an organization is not good at change, cannot rein change, it will also moves towards collapsing and failing. Therefore, it is one of the most challenging puzzle today that how enterprises span the dilemma of change.This paper thinks that enterprise organization is a complicated system, and the organizational change is a systematical project. The single change of certain element cannot solve the basic problem, and each basic inscape of enterprises must be investigated from a systematical angle, and it should be kept in heart that not attends to one thing and lose sight of another. At the same time, during the process of change, the harmonious relation among every element should be considered. If there is no harmony among every element, all sorts of friction that consume the energy of organizations will be produced, and result in the failure of the change. Therefore the change should be considered as a process that improves the harmony between the organization and the environment, the harmony among every element internal the organization. Only like this, could enterprises improve their adaptive capacity, reply the violent changes of external environment calmly.Through the study of systematicness and complexity of enterprise organizations, The paper put forward the systematic model of enterprise organizational change, and divide enterprise system into six subsystems, such as strategy, organizational structure, etc., which are thought to be closely bound up, and must be considered in an all-round way during the course of change. Moreover, the paper introduce the concept of harmonious degree, and establish rationality, adaptability and matching three indexes to measure it, and put forward the harmonious change mode of enterprise organizations on this basis. It thinks that changes of every subsystem should pay close attention to its own improvement of rationality and adaptability, and to the improvement of matching to other subsystems, thus make the whole enterprise system reach the harmonious condition. Finally, the author studies the harmonious change regarding organizational structure as topic.This paper studies change from a new visual angle——harmony, and expects to offer areference for the enterprise reform of our country, and enrich theories of organizational change.
