Because of uncertainty the world is going through a crisis of trust, so is China, which is the reason that I chose the field as my study.Because it has a greatly importance point, especially after SARS.I start this paper by defining the concept of trust and then the framework of government trust whose moral value and meaning is changing. Also the object and subject of government trust. Then I figure out the origin of government trust which is changing all the time .In part two, with voice-exit-loyalty theory, I described decline of trust in government in china and the importance of improvement. Distrust in government is however not necessarily a result of government-internal factors. Therefore we will turn to general social ones such as history and cultural factors, which influence Chinese government trust and the social change in China, which makes people, feel unsafe. Except that there are object factor individualization and identity evolutions. Furthermore we will introduce these theories performance of government. First we will deal with the so-called performance people have a negative attitude towards government because government does not perform well. This evaluation depends on what citizens see (both perception and a normative approach) as a government task, the correctness of their observations, and the importance they give to the performance and service delivery aspect of government. The performance hypothesis has two main parts: micro-performance and macro-performance.Finally we will also look into all these factors and try to finger out four ways to improve trust of government including, changing tasks, building a service and limited government , improving institutions , building a disinterested and trustworthy government, perfecting social care system, building a just government and building partnership with government the best way to restore trust...
