Strengthening The Theoretical Study Of The Management Culture Of Our Army Building

Troops management is the behavior activity practiced by the governor in order to manage the troops. Culture has both a broad and narrow sense. In the broad sense, it refers to the total amount of material and spiritual wealth produced in the social activity of the human kind, in the narrow sense ,it refers to social ideology as well as the corresponding system of the organization. The cultural construction in the military troops plays a very important role in troops management and its utilization constitutes the culture of managing the troop, therefore, it is very significant to reinforce the construction of the management culture in our troops in this new era so as to improve the management in our troops and its efficiency, retain its pure quality and build it into an undefeated army.This article focuses on reflections on the cultural in traditional troops management, creatively, puts forward to set up the troops management that makes people the center of the culture, puts emphasis on setting up the democracy management and management by law, enhances the management object's mental awareness of opening, enterprising and independence, develops a reasonable, effective concept of value for troops management and materializes the value-requirement of managing target effectively. The whole article is divided into totally three chapters . Chapter 1 sets forth with the culture, the management culture, and troops management culture. Chapter 2 discourses the ways of culture constructions. Chapter 3 is the core of the article, which discusses the main contents of troops management culture constructions in point of adapting troops management.
