After the Cold War, the content of globalization has been full with the breakout of the Third Technology, the convenience of the transportation and the popularity of the internet technology. Multi-dimension globalization has been formed, that is, the economic, the politics and the culture globalization. Globalization puts the development of all the countries into international, which not only brings more and more chance and benefit, but also forces all the countries to adjust their policies. Many disputes have arisen especially the influence to the state sovereignty. Traditional sovereignty is facing the new challenge. It is important for China to relearn the state sovereignty and know the trend of it.The passage is to analyze that the globalization changes the state sovereignty in economic, politics and culture. It also expresses how to regard this challenge. It is pointed that the state sovereignty can not replaced under the background of multi—dimension globalization.
