About 1990s, Japan entered into an important stage of social transition again owing to the domestic and foreign effect of politic and economic change. After the collapse of "1955 system", he Liberation Democratic party regained the state power that had been lost for a short time, and shoulder a series of reform tasks that is necessary to social transition. From the Liberation Democratic party start to re-advocate social reform in 1955, the republic including scholars paid more attention to it, but we can hardly see any special writings on obstacle factors to reform. I am aim at offering some material to supplement the scarcity. The thesis is based on the pickup outcomes and summarizing the stained relation between postwar politic developments on reform measure and reform fruit after the collapse of "1955 system" and The Liberation Democratic Party′s state power return, the author gives a attempted analyze to three great obstacle factors (The Liberation Democratic Party′s schism, solon of industry and executive bureaucrat) and the deeply obstacle factors origin from politic culture, using analyzing typical case. The chapter one start with the analysis of characteristic and course, the author explicates the strained relation between The Liberation Democratic Party and postwar politic development firstly, then summarizes the content of Japanese social reform sketchily and makes according assessment on the outcomes that have been gained, combining the logical analysis of social transition in 1990s.In the end, the thesis takes on the core content---the real obstacle factor of The Liberation Democratic Party′s reform. The chapter two, the author mainly narrates The Liberation Democratic Party′s reform, especially the three great real obstacle factors which were called "resistant force" in the Koizumi′s structure reform. Summary narrating and case analyzing are mainly used in this chapter. All the cases are come from the content of Koizumi′s parliament reform, that happened during two years after Koizumi got power. The chapter three is based on the above-mentioned two chapters. In it the author take a farther analyze on obstacle factors and think the deeply reasons for handicapping Japanese politic development are come from The Liberation Democratic Party himself, the "realism" is the root which make it difficult to change his conservative position. In the last part of the thesis, the author summarizes Japanese politic development and expresses about Japan as a "great country of politic".
