Based on the actuality which the company, Shanghai Whitecat Shareholding Co. LTD, has being operated the performance evaluation project for manager, some management theory and the HR (Human Resources) experience, the thesis redesigns a new performance evaluation project for manager.According to some questionnaires and interviews among the managers the paper analyzes the three main factors, which directly affects the performance evaluation, and the function of performance evaluation in HR by systemic method. In the redesign process the writer evaluates the performance objects, ability and attitude of these managers by MBO (Management By Object). He pays attention to the relation that be made between the evaluation methods and characteristics of positions that will be evaluated, and the relation has been showed by proportion in the evaluation items.
