CPPLB is the big-size state-owned enterprise. It is important in the nation economy. With our nation entering WTO, it is up against the drastic competition market. In order to receive the challenge of international competition, the chief problem is: how improve the performance of personnel (especially manager), excavate personnel potential and optimize human resource in the enterprise according evaluation, so as to improve the enterprise benefit and competition dominance. We should set up new-style performance evaluation system of human resource, design scientific evaluation index system and adopt rational methods hi order to evaluate the manager performance exactly.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the concept of performance, classifies the performance and sets up the evaluation index system according to manager's traits. Secondly, in order to make evaluation credible and rational, the thesis established the model of fuzzy AHP based on evaluation theory and method. Finally, consul ting the PM theory, this thesis analyzes the evaluation result by quartered-grid and put forward improving advice according as different evaluation results.This thesis takes the methods of theories research and application design, its results may be applicable for not only CPPLB, but also other bigsize companies or enterprise goups.
