Logistics Companies Profit Model Built

This article put forward the conception of the payoff model in logistics enterprise base on the conception of logistics and logistics enterprise. That is: the special business structure and operation structure possessed by the corporations in the condition of the business competition and the corporations can gain profit from it. In order to explain the payoff model, this discourse put forward the criterion: the logistic corporations can successful enter payoff-field in the condition of the furious market competition and set up a successful payoff model which can create persistent payoff and hyper-average-payoff level. The emphasis in the paper is discussing how to set up the payoff model. The process is: logistics corporations make a correct orientation and adopt an accurate operation model after an investigation of the logistics market; then, analyzing the resource and the ability of the corporations to confirm the scale by the scale-yield; in order to protect the payoff and avoid the profit cut down by the rival and user and holding the persistent profit increasing, the corporations must seek and set up the stratagem control means; finally, it is necessary to evaluate the logistics corporations in terms of performance estimate to adjust various of factors and the corporations' orientation. Expecting the theory in this article can do some favor for the medium and small logistics corporations during they set up payoff mode. In the end of this paper, author point out the direction of modern logistics and bring forward some advice for the progress of logistics corporations by deep analyzing the actuality of our country's logistics industry and logistics corporations.
