Research Of Logistics Operation Mode Of The Large-scale Equipment Manufacturer

A well structured logistics system can not only raise the profit of enterprise, but also improve the service level after sales, raise user's satisfaction, and improve working efficiency. With the development of economy, the demand of large-scale equipment has brought in the development opportunity to large-scale equipment manufacturing industry. The author attempted to set up a logistics operation system structure model of large-scale equipment manufacturer with the analysis of the logistics operation system structure to the existing large-scale equipment. In order to help large-scale equipment manufacturer optimize its logistics operation system. First, the thesis analyzes the characters of the large-scale equipment and the existing logistics operation mode of the large-scale equipment manufacturer, and pointing out that there are some problems leading to insufficient. Second, based on the knowledge of material requirements in MRPâ…¡/ERP, the thesis put forward to using PERT to control and coordinate logistics in the large-scale equipment assembling process and design different logistics operation mode for all kinds of material. Then, on the basis of current situation of maintaining logistics, the author have finished building the maintaining logistics centre and providing two kinds of feasible operation mode. Finally, the logistics operation system model is applied to Sinoma, a professional cement equipment manufacturer, in order to verify its feasibility.
