On Current Problems In The Development Of Trust Industry In China And Development Strategies

This paper provides a comprehensive review of the main problems arise in the development of contemporary China's Trust field and the solutions to those problems as well. An extensive analysis has been made of the institutional change in China's trust developments in the process of China's economic reform. Based on New Institutional Economics theories, the author argues that the inherent defects the compulsive institutional change pattern (in which the government play a leading role) has is responsible for the unhealthy development in China's trust field. It holds that the trust institutional change pattern be transferred from the compulsive change to an induced change managed by Trust corporations to keep the pace with the variations of both the institutional environment and institutional demands.
