Hohhot, Dairy Development Of The Thematic Study

The Huhhot dairy industry is developing rapidly with the total milk output, diary processed and per urban residents occupancy for fresh milk ranking first among the large and medium cities. It has become the pillar, which provides an important way to increase peasants' income and improve the benefit of enterprises and the local financial revenue. By analyzing the development at home and abroad we aim to study the Huhhot dairy industry on a global scale background. Based on the study of advanced internal and external experience and analysis on our opportunity and challenge we proposed the guiding ideology and feasible and effective strategy with regard to how to build Huhhot into "the dairy product capital of China".In this study we concentrated on the following aspects: (1)Analyzing the dairy industry development at home and abroad ,then proposing the Huhhot development background by using the good experience of others; (2)Studying the history and present condition of the Huhhot dairy industry and analyzing the superiority against the inferiority ; (3)Proposing the strategy for future development.
