The problem continuously appear at usally operation. The system of production operation can' t fit in with selling requestment, and can' t reply the competition. The thesis analyze present condition of the company' s production operation system. With researching, in the system of production operation, there are three main defects , namely, the stock controlling unbalance, order form management confused, supply-chain management invalid. The reasons of the defects are problem at independence requirement planning and material management and logistics management. To solve these defects and reasons, we first establish the model to control the stock of independence requirement. Then, we found the model to manage the dependence requirement material by sorting. Last, we draw into the third-part-logistics company to set up the network of distribution. By the program carried out, the stock controlling and order form management have been strengthened, and supplier relation management have been improved, so that the system' s defects are to be overcomed.
