Based on the achievements of Biology, Cognitive Science, and Behavior Science, the article regards preference as two layers, the inner layer preference and the outer one, concluding that the former is determined by genes and is stable, the latter depends on situations and is changeable. The paper also attempts to develop a frame reflecting the relationship between two kinds of preference. Furthermore, the paper attempts to reveal the laws of preference change, and explain the phenomenon of preference reversal. The present paper also emphasize that learning has great weight on the formation of the new preference when individuals in the complicated situation. Henceforth, we try to test some of our suppositions through real datum.
