Contemporary Chinese Industry Associations And Government Interaction Model

With the development of reforming, government promoted the trade promotion association's booming. But with the development of situation, the old institution begins not to adapt to new status. Strict stipulating makes it's organization and function limited. And the government cannot get effective support of the trade promotion association, either. So we must to make the relation between the association and government in order, to get a healthy inter-action.In the article, the relationship between the association and government is discussed from three aspects. The first part is about theoretic research. This part analyzed the characteristic of Chinese society by the theory of country and civil society, described the status of the trade promotion association in the country. The second part is about analyzing. This part discussed the relationship between the association and government now time in China, and introduced relationship between the association and government in western country. The third part discussed the construction of new mode. In the part, the characteristic of china was discussed in a term of macroscopic, and the relation mode of corporatism was put forward, which is foundation of harmonious development of association and government.The author believes: according to the experience of western country and the specialty of China, forming a kind of association that autocephaly to government is not a good plan. We should set up a mode of corporatism, so that the association can get the freedom of development, at the same time we can get cooperation association and government. So the government should change the old means of governance, and the trade promotion association must to find new field to work, too. Only endeavor together can we get a good governance of government and civil society.
