China Sme Cluster Development Strategy

This dissertation researches the clustering strategy of China's small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the basis of the relative theories on cluster. First, analyzing the SMEs' reality and the significance for implementing the clustering strategy to demonstrate the effectiveness of the clustering strategy. Second, discussing the phenomena, the characteristics and the four tactics on the sustaining and improving of clustering. Last, focusing on two of the tactics, which are "promoting the internationalization of the SMEs' cluster at full steam" and "making the best of the function of the local government".
