Taoism management-ethical thought is very exuberance and complicated, this thesis tries to elaborate these valuable cultural resources from the view of organization behaviouristics. Demonstration of the paper is based on the frame of organization behaviouristics. And the paper is divided into four parts by logic configuration: The first part analyses the Taoism humanism assumption - "pu" , because the humanism assumption is not only the theoretical foundation of all management thoughts, but also the primary question that all management thought need to answer; The second part is about Taoism theory of individual behaviors , discussing the ethical means of Taoism management thought according to the individual character of the employee. The organization should understand respect and comply with the individual character of everybody; The third part is talking about the Taoism theory of leadership behaviors, discussing Taoism management thought from the standpoint of manager, the leader of organization should use the "inaction" way in the administration and keep gracious morality; The last part is analyzing organization behaviors theory of Taoism, talking about Taoism management thought from the macro stratum of organizational function, the organization should set up the "humanity central" culture, sound environment, fair and just relationship.To elaborate Taoism management-ethical thought with the theory and the subject system of organization behaviouristics can not only promote the chinalization of the organization behaviouristics, but also make Taoism management ethics thought more systematic. By doing so, we will make the management-ethical thoughts more obviously , and take good use of them in realistic, supply fruitful thought recourses to construct unique management theory of china.
