Research Model Innovation Of The Chinese Venture Capital Organizations

The venture capital is an indispensable foundation for the development of high-tech industry, and the organization of venture capital plays a decisive role in the whole system of venture capital. At present, most organizations of venture capital in China have no advantages in competition. They are functioning ineffectively. So how to devise a organization mode of venture capital which not only adapts to the specific situation of China but also has advantages in competition is what many scholars are studying and exactly this dissertation elaborates on.In the light of "the theory basis-the present condition of China-the study from the international venture capital and the innovation of organization", the author studies the organization mode of venture capital. Firstly, the author analyses the present limitations in the organization mode of venture capital. Then by a comparison of several organization modes of venture capital in America, the author concludes that the limited partnership is the most suitable mode. Based on it, a new organization mode of venture capital, which both adapts to the specific economic conditions of our country and has advantages of limited partnership, is put forward. Finally, the author points out that in a long run view, governmental supervision system, the law system and machnical system of venture capital should be improved, and limited partnership corporation is the core of venture capital organization.
