Rural Labor Economic Development Research

Because in recent years farmers' income experienced a slow growth speed, the income gap shortened at the beginning of reform has been enlarged again, and the problem how to increase farmers' income is becoming one hot issue of the whole society .As the realistic, effective way to shift rural surplus laborers and increase farmers' income, economy of rural labor-service has made great contribution to the urban-rural economic restructuring and the prosperity of urban areas. However, at present, the development of Kenan's economy of rural labor-service is out of order due to some problems, such as lack of organization and institutional innovation. Therefore, the study on development of rural labor-service economy is put on the agenda.This paper has studied the development of rural labor-service economy, using historical, comparative, and positive analysis methods. The whole contents can be divided into six parts. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the text and defines the connotation of economy of rural labor-service. The second chapter divides the development of Kenan's economy of rural labor-service into three stages, analyses the causes of its development from two aspects, summarizes its main features and the current situation. In chapter 3, the author thinks that Kenan's economy of rural labor-service not only has exerted positive effect on the development of economy, but has brought a series of problems, so it is necessary to take effective steps to promote its healthy development. The fourth chapter predicts the trend and potential of Kenan's development of economy of rural labor-service, and concludes that it is feasible to enforce this policy. In chapter 5, the author provides seven suggestions and points out how to improve the healthy development of Kenan's economy of rural labor-service. The text ends up in the following conclusions: development of rural labor-service economy in Kenan province is caused by the external "pull" and the internal "push", which is irresistible. We should make positive measurements to push it forward.Main creative points of this text are expressed for:1. The author introduces and defines the connotation of economy of rural labor-service.2. The author predicts the prospects of development of Kenan's economy of rural labor-service by means of econometric model, which makes it have more practical meaning.3. Using institutional analysis means, the author expounds the importance of informal institution and institutional innovation in the development of economy of rural labor-service, and thinks that the development of economy of rural labor-service is ,in nature, one process of institution transformation from agriculture employment to industry employment, which is novel compared with other related materials.
