Agriculture, countryside and farmers' are not only the big problems which are connected with the entire modernization and country stability, but also the most important part of our government work . As the biggest beneficial group in china, farmers' benefits implementation is the concentrated embodiment of fundamental benefit of Chinese people. Nowadays, we can not purely relyed on increasing products quantities and the careless-management to increase farmers' earnings, but need two essential style. that is farming marketability and concentrative of rise style .This process is a complex and systematic project.With the analysis of the factors that hinder the increase of farmers' earnings, the author points out that heavy burdens deprived the farmers of a large part of farmers' profits. However, our country's agriculture has the characteristics of small manufacturing scale, low beneficial result and lack of resources, which block the increase of farmers' earnings; on the other land the improper structure of agricultural products results in its weak competitive ability and immature market system and hinders the implementation of farmers' profits; further more, difficult removing of a great deal surplus labor also reduces non-agriculture earnings of farmers' earnings should depend on reforms and opening mew ways to gain profits.To lighten farmers' burden practically is an effective method to increase farmers' earnings under such a tough circumstance; to develop agricultural industralization and raise productivity are the fundamental way to increase farmers' profits; to perfect agricultural science and technology structure and market system and increase government investment in agriculture are necessary conditions to increase farmers' earnings.
