Contemporary Chinese Government Administrative Power Operation Restriction Mechanism

With the unprecedented development of government administrative field, the role that administrative power develops for the entire society increasing clear show. Since the administrative power is a kind of special strength of wealth and spiritual resources' controlling, during its operation process, positive effects are self-evident, but negative effect also show clearly. Study its reasons, the influence that has politics has the restriction of economy, also has the source of society, still has the product shallow lake of culture, as China is now in social transition period especially, looking for the restriction of administrative power operation is necessary. This paper run for present Chinese administrative power restrict mechanism study. This paper is to run for the study of present China's administrative power's restrict mechanism. This paper analyzed every essential factor of administrative power's operation, the environments of administrative power's operation and the factor of guaranteeing for the foundation in system, and discussed the internal restriction mechanism of the bases which mentioned above.
