Huludao Metropolitan Area Spatial Development Strategy

This paper has discussed the developing strategic of metropolis district space,which is taking theory of the subjects such as regional geography, economic geography, city geography and city economy as guidance. This research has great and theoretical with realistic meaning. The summary of this paper is the developing theory of domestic and international in the aspect of strategy about metropolis district space, and take Hu Lu island city as an example. Starting with the developing process of the city history, we study the develop locus of city space layout ,and analyze the factor and internal power that affects metropolis district space development. We also discussed Hu Lu island metropolis district space structural and space development pattern. It offers the space develops reference and guidance for the founding of the capital urban areas in not developed area .The main body includes four parts:The first part is theoretical summary. It summarize domestic and international metropolis district theories which are about develops strategic aspect. What this paper is concerned with have: Metropolis district pattern theoretical,Developing stage theoretical, power theoretical type theoretical, development pattern theoretical, control coordinative and organization running theory of adjusting control.The second part, we delimit a boundary of Hu Lu island metropolis district. First, with the space general layout of city historical development as the clue to develop, we have studied the course of forming of Hu Lu island metropolis district; Then we have put forward the power mechanism and the restriction factor of Hu Lu island metropolis district space development; Finally referring to the theory and practice of domestic and international about metropolis district for delimiting a boundary andcombining the tendency of Hu Lu island city space development, we delimit preliminarily the scope of Hu Lu island metropolis district.The third part is that we put forward Hu Lu island metropolis district space develop strategy. On the foundation of delimiting metropolis district scope, this paper select not central district as well as central district and the inside and outside space structure of space development pattern and metropolis district develop strategy to put forward further the strategic goal of Hu Lu island metropolis district space development.The part of 4th is to implement the channel of the metropolis district space developing strategy. To guarantee the normal operation of Hu Lu island metropolis district system, we should build every guarantee and the construction of ecological metropolis district as well as well-known city and infrastructure measure implement. So as to realize the economic, social unifinication coordinative development with ecological environment of Hu Lu island metropolis district.
