It is not only shown as the conversion of industrial structure and the regional economic structure's difference and enlargement, but also as the regional financial structure change to a great extent.Just as present development and theoretical research situation, it is very necessary to carry on the research of the regional finance deeply. And the regional finance is the main form of the middle-finance.
