| The study of regional financial innovation is based on theory of regional finance. This article concentrates on the inter-action between regional financial innovation and financial element fluxion, concentrates on the relation between regional financial innovation and regional financial risk control, and concentrates on the regional innovation's mechanism to affect regional economic increase.There is inter-effect between regional financial innovation and financial element fluxion in the basic frame of regional element fluxion theory. On one hand, financial innovation in regional center expands difference of financial development between and fringe cities., which fasten element fluxion. On the other hand, financial element fluxion enhances level of financial innovation in center cities, and then innovation will be radiated to the whole region.Then the article states that relation between regional financial innovation and regional financial risks is dialectical. On a base of defining regional financial risk, article proves that evading financial risks is motivation to spur financial innovation, and innovation will bring unexpected financial risks. So, it is very necessary to strengthen financial risks' control and reduce regional economic harm brought by financial risks.Last part of this article talks about regional financial innovation's multi-function mechanism of regional economic development, and makes conclusion that regional financial innovation is strong impetus of regional economic increase.Strengthening innovative power to enhance its service function for economic development is one of effective measures to abolish all sorts of barriers in the process of financial unification in Yangtze River Delta. So, an important meaning of this study is just propagating the idea of regional financial innovation, encouraging financial elements fluxion between regions, and being used for reference of economic growth and financial unification.
