China economy has been developing fast since the reform and opening began in the last century eighties. At the same time, the gap between the different estates has been enlarging. China has become one of the income inequality countries according to international standard. It impacts the traditional conceptions of interest and moral. It's a crisis for the poverty. It destructs the steady of society and hinders its advance. Thus how to narrow or control the gap during the developing period is a problem that should be regarded and solved.This text based on the current situation in China. And analyze the situation in view of politics, economy, history and culture. In direction of scientific socialism theory I grasp the real meaning of common prosperity and bring forward some significant opinions drawn from the abroad experience and theory results. I hope it can promote the research to some degree.Common prosperity is the character of the socialist society. But it is a very long time to reach the goal. So we must take political and economical methods to control the gap between the rich and the poor. Keep common prosperity and expand productivity help each other. Here are some suggestions. Adjust economy structure. Harmonize the districts economies. Distribute according to work rationally. Quicken the political system construction especially democracy. Revise the system to reach justice of opportunity. Mend society safeguard institutions rapidly. Strengthen the control power of taxes. The society may be kept not turbulence while economy booming if measures like those put into practice. And China can develop steadily and make progress with common prosperity.
