Contemporary Chinese Societies Supervision Of Its Development Path

The thought of power supervision dates back to more than one thousand years. The types and ways of power supervision become manifold after scholars and statesmen probe it theoretically and practically. Power supervision essentially embodies three mechanisms through these representations, i.e. power constrained by power, morals and rights respectively. By contrast, comparison and analysis of three mechanisms, the superiority of those which rights constrain power is identical to the current situations in China nowadays, so it can be put forward theoretically and practically. Supervision of mass organization can probably provide the government decisions with good results effectively by all types of those which rights constrain power. The fundamentals of mass organization in reality are that power is supervised widely by the decentralized power, the shared power and the supervised power, it is greatly positive for political civilization of socialism in China.The social mechanism in China has been reformed for the past over 20 years. It propels mass organization forward and arouses social citizen consciousness directly, and it provides mass organization with the subjective premise. In the meanwhile, it also provides mass organization with the objective premise owing to arriving of information times and openness of the government. But effectiveness of mass organization is not enough yet currently because there are some hindering factors. The defects are the indefinite boundary in resolving social affairs between the government and mass organization and insufficient autonomy of mass organization.The developing paths of mass organization in the future are developed as the following: Firstly, the good interactions between mass organization and country must be built before mass organization is developed smoothly in the special society of China. Secondly, supervisory results must be resolved which exist in all social supervision. At last the systemization of mass organization must be improved rapidly. Stability and authority of mass organization are enforced at the same time.
