High-speed Passenger Of The Shaanxi Provincial Highway Development Strategy

Rapid Passenger Transport (RPT) is an inevitable result of freeway. The development and the feature of RPT home and abroad are analyzed systematically in this paper, so the future of RPT in China, the passenger cars with advanced technology and reasonable structure are employed, and the modern passenger transport form with safety, rapidity and conformability through the top-ranking service, is raised. The developing condition of RPT in Shaanxi Province is mature based on the analyses of the construction of freeways, the market of passenger transport and the problems faced when the RPT is developed. Therefore, the strategic target of RPT in Shaanxi Province is predicted. Finally, the guide ideas, the strategic emphases and countermeasures of RPT in Shaanxi Province are forwarded.
