State-owned Enterprise Reform And Development In Yanbian Discussed

What's the reason for the low efficiency of the state-owned enterprises of Yanbian? What kind of measure of improvement should the state-owned enterprises of Yanbian adopt? What significance does setting up and amplifying modern enterprises system have to improve the state-owned enterprises of Yanbian?
