The Reform Of State-owned Small And Medium Enterprises In Hunan Province And Development Studies

This paper discusses problems related to innovation and development of small-midium size of enterprise in the Hunan Province. It states status about reform and development, analyzes outside and inside environment question, difficulties about refonn, based on it, this article presents aim of reform, and studies reform proper methods for small-midium size of enterprise in Hunan province. This paper also determines price of property rights, relations between govermnent and enterprise and discusses Eelated policy. After that, It puts forwards development direction. Finally, the author makes an actual analysis.
