Law Enforcement Supervision Of Local Law Enforcement Authorities In China To Study

To achieve a successful system of law-enforcement power, we need the security from an independent and effective supervision system. This paper aims at putting forward an idea of perfecting the performance of our local law-enforcement system. To achieve the goal, the author first explains the concept, characteristics and principles of supervision on law-enforcement and then analyses the present situation, the problems and the reasons for those problems existing in the supervision authorities. The author also takes the successful experience from foreign countries as reference to illustrate his point of view.
